Cancellation Policy

Booking Inquiries: All booking inquiries must be submitted through our official channels, including our website contact form, email, or social channels. Please provide detailed information about your event, including dates, location, duration, scope of work, and any specific requirements or preferences. Availability and Confirmation: Availability of our brand ambassadors is subject to their schedules and prior commitments. Upon receiving your inquiry, we will promptly check the availability of our models and provide you with a quote and confirmation of their availability. Booking Confirmation: Once availability is confirmed and terms are agreed upon, we will issue a booking confirmation outlining the scope of work, rates, payment terms, and any other relevant details. Certain events will require a deposit, the amount will be specified in the confirmation and is typically non-refundable. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made by the client within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rates and Fees: Our rates are determined based on the scope of work, duration of the booking, and other factors. Rates will be provided upon inquiry and may vary depending on the specific requirements of your project. Additional fees may apply for travel, accommodation, meals, and other expenses. Payment Terms: A deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due according to the terms specified in the contract. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods. Payment deadlines must be adhered to in order to confirm the booking. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the booking. Any non-disclosure agreements or confidentiality clauses will be included in the booking confirmation.
